Keep your own baking history
One bake at a time, learn what you changed
Save the recipe revision you used, what actually happened during the bake, and how the bread turned out later. Compare two records side by side. This is a notebook, not a recipe adviser.
Example: “Country loaf · revision 3” with your ingredient list, room and dough notes, mixing and proofing steps, then a later note about the crumb and crust. These examples describe record fields, not baking instructions.

Compare two bakes
Review the recipe, actual conditions, process, and outcome you recorded.
A backup is a JSON copy of your recorded bake details. Printed pages include saved records and a shown comparison.
What these records show
Keep a dated recipe snapshot with your own observations about the process and the later result. The comparison lays two records beside each other; it does not explain causes or recommend changes.
Privacy and measurement
Your bake details are not sent to us. Optional fixed GoatCounter events count successful saves, backup imports and exports, and print requests. GoatCounter processes connection information to measure visits; see its privacy explanation. Add ?analytics=off to the page address to turn off analytics for this visit.
